Fikri

Synopsis Fikri is a young immigrant in Belgium who starts training as a nurse while taking care of Magritte, an elderly woman with Alzheimer’s disease. While she is suffering from memory loss and forgetting words, Fikri is still trying to learn the language. The film portraits Fikri’s displacement, without a place to call home. His wounds reflects those of the planet Earth, in the middle of the climate crisis, destroyed by wildfires and floods.
