Synopsis Neither a flat, nor a home, or a shop, or a company. An exploration of co-working as places which are, more than anything, non-places. Cutting Edges delves into the architecture of these spaces and the discourses of start-up founders. Visions, processes, pieces of furniture and belief systems are shuffled together and spun around. The start-up dream is shaking.
Director’s bio-filmography Céline Berger (1973) lives and works in Cologne, Germany. She worked as a project engineer from 1997 to 2008, then studied at the Academy of Media Arts in Cologne and was an artist in residence at the Rijksakademie van beeldende kunsten, Amsterdam. She co-directed with Mercedes Azpilicueta and Jacco van Uden Since We Are Here (2019), in competition at WTFF5.
