Fifo (First In First Out) is the storing technique used in supermarkets, consisting of positioning the freshest products behind the oldest ones, while the products approaching their sell-by date must be destroyed. Stephan has just started working in a supermarket and to keep his job he will have to respect these rules, having to struggle with ethical dilemmas.
